For HR and company owners

Your handbook, answered in the chat people already use

Upload the employee handbook, policies, and internal guides. People ask the questions they used to send to HR, and the answer quotes the document you wrote.

14-day free trial. $5 a month for every 10 people, and never more than $100.

Employee
Are we closed between Christmas and New Year?
Assistant
Yes. The office is closed from 24 December through 1 January.

The same questions, all year

The answers are already written. People still cannot find them.

Holidays, leave, expenses, parental leave, a laptop that never arrived. New hires wait. Managers guess. HR answers the same message again.

A PDF nobody opens

The handbook sits in a shared folder. People ask a colleague instead of searching for it.

Last year's email

The real rule is buried in a thread. Three people remember three different versions.

The HR inbox

The same holiday and leave questions come back every season, one message at a time.

What people ask once the documents are in

These are illustrations. The assistant quotes the files you upload, so the wording matches your handbook.

Time off

Holidays and leave

The questions that fill the HR inbox in December, and around every family event.

Example

Employee
Are we closed between Christmas and New Year?
Assistant
Yes. The office is closed from 24 December through 1 January.

Employee
How much time off do I get for a funeral?
Assistant
One paid day for the funeral of a close relative.

Money

Expenses and pay talks

People want a clear rule before they spend, and they want it without waiting for a reply.

Example

Employee
Can I expense a client dinner?
Assistant
Client meals can be expensed when you keep the receipt and write down who attended.

Employee
When is the next salary conversation?
Assistant
Salary talks are held in March. Your manager books the meeting.

New hires

The first week

A new person can look up the practical stuff instead of interrupting their manager.

Example

Employee
Who do I ask about a laptop on my first day?
Assistant
IT prepares a laptop before your start date. If it is not ready, write to IT help and your manager.

Employee
Where do I find the holiday calendar?
Assistant
The company holiday calendar is in the employee handbook, under Holidays.

How it works

Three steps. You start with the files you already have.

1

Upload the documents

Add the employee handbook, leave policy, expenses guide, or any internal text file. PDF, Word, and plain text are all fine, up to 20 MB each.

2

Wait until it says Ready

Each file is split into sections so an answer can point back to the right heading. That usually takes under a minute.

3

People ask their AI assistant

They sign in once with their company account in the assistant they already use, such as Claude or ChatGPT. After that they ask in everyday language. The answer names the document and the section.

You decide what people can ask about

Company owners and admins choose the documents. Everyone else in the company can ask.

Your company only

People signed in to your company can ask. Another company's files stay separate.

Owners and admins upload

They add files, replace a handbook when it changes, and remove anything that should no longer be used.

A new version takes over

When you replace a file, the new version is the one people hear from once it is ready.

A named source

Each answer names the document and the section it came from, so people can check the original.

A gap stays a gap

When the files do not cover the question, the assistant says so and suggests asking HR or a manager.

Price follows headcount

When someone joins or leaves, the monthly price updates with the size of the team.

A price that follows the team

$5 a month for every 10 people. At 200 people the price stops at $100 a month and stays there.

The first 14 days are free.

Up to 10 people
$5 / month
25 people
$15 / month
80 people
$40 / month
200 people or more
$100 / month

You can upload documents before you subscribe. People get answers once the subscription is active. The company owner starts it.

Questions HR usually asks

Do people need a new app?
They keep the AI assistant they already use, such as Claude or ChatGPT. The first time, they sign in with their company account. After that they ask the way they already ask everything else.
What files can I upload?
PDF, Word, and plain text, up to 20 MB each. The text needs to be selectable. A photo of a page, or a scan without selectable text, cannot be read yet.
Where do the answers come from?
From the passages in the files you uploaded. Each answer names the document and the section. When nothing in the files covers the question, the assistant says so and suggests asking HR or a manager.
Who can see our documents?
People in your company. Owners and admins choose what to upload. Another company's documents stay separate.
What does it cost?
$5 a month for every 10 people, and never more than $100 a month. The first 14 days are free. The price updates when people join or leave.
Who sets it up?
A company owner or admin uploads the files on the company page. Each person signs in once in their AI assistant. Your usual IT contact can walk the team through that first sign-in.

Start with the handbook you already have

Upload it, invite the team, and let people ask the questions they already send to HR.
