Terms and Conditions

Agreement
By accessing or using stackgate.ai, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
The service
stackgate.ai is a hub that connects AI assistants to integrations you authorize — such as email, project tools, and Open Banking account information. We provide MCP servers, credential storage, and access controls so AI clients can call tools on your behalf within the permissions you set.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for API tokens, integration connections, and permissions granted to AI clients.
- You must comply with applicable laws and third-party terms when using connected services.
- You must not use the service to access data or systems without proper authorization.
Open Banking (Enable Banking)
If you connect a bank through Enable Banking, you authorize us to request account information (such as balances and transactions) from your bank via Enable Banking on your behalf. This integration supports account information only; payment initiation is not offered through stackgate.ai at this time. You may disconnect bank sessions at any time in My Integrations.
Early access
The service may be offered during early access or beta. It is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We may change features, integrations, or these terms as the product evolves.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, stackgate.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or connected third-party APIs.
